A calm hand on the controls.
Great creative work is a balance of taste and structure. My role is to hold both — the vision and the plan — so teams can focus on the craft.
From scoring films recognised at international festivals to managing a book's path from print to retail across three countries, I've spent my career where creativity meets delivery. Twenty years in the control room taught me to listen before I speak — to calibrate tone, timing and cadence before a single decision is made.

Define Fine Publishing — Lisbon
Creative direction and strategic counsel across Define Fine's publishing slate — shaping editorial concepts, brand positioning and the narrative arc of each release before it reached print. Managed the “Lisboa” book from print to retail placement across Portugal, Spain and the Netherlands, and organised launch events, press releases and social channels.
